FAQs

Are you looking for players only?

Do I have to be a good athlete or a “softball player” to join?

Are you looking for players only?

Definitely not! We would like to find a few guys that are interested in coaching, score-keeping and umpiring.

Additionally, people with any organizational ability that would like to be part of the league are very welcome!

Do I have to be a good athlete or a “softball player” to join?

No! We have all levels of ability in the league and try to organize teams in such a way that they are evenly matched.

Regular Treasure Coast Senior Softball league games are played by all player levels and, quite frankly, are the most fun!

Where do you play?

Langford Park fields located at

2369 NE Dixie Hwy, Jensen Beach, FL 34957

Is there a membership fee? Are there any other costs?

The membership fee is established each year upon selection of the new Board.  See application for proper fee for each year. The 2025 Season was $95.00.

Can I still play on a team if I have a vacation or work-related travel scheduled?

Most players have commitments during our season. We ask players to try to make most games, but things come up and there may be a time when you miss a game. This is why we have extra players on each roster. All we ask is to let your manager know in advance if you’re going to be unable to attend the game. There is a section on the application where you can indicate any play dates you will miss

Safety comes first

The TCSSA has player safety as a top priority. We have implemented several policies to avoid collisions, allow pinch running, no stealing or sliding and insure that the field of play is as safe as possible. We also maintain safety and first aid equipment at the fields, and have several players that have medical backgrounds who can assist with injuries if needed.

If I am interested in softball but cannot play, can I volunteer to be involved?Share the big news

The Treasure Coast Softball Program is highly dependent on the help and support of its volunteers. The evaluation team for new players (“the rookies”) and scorekeepers are all volunteers. Through the efforts of countless individuals working as a team, the softball program continues to thrive and grow.
